Hi All

Can't put this off any longer I need to replace the cam cover gaskets on the 2.6 CD.

I spoken to Vauxhall who have quoted me just shy of £600  .

Is there anyone in the Wiltshire area willing to help me do this job. My problem is lack of engine knowhow, I've read the how to giuide an still feel out of my depth.

So I'm open to offers of help or alternatively the name of a good machanic.

Can I also chech that I have the parts list correct:-

90411826 x 16
90501652 x 2
90501653 x 3
9118135 x 6
90485251 x 1

I've done it once on the 2.5, and will shortly be doing the 3.2 .... so I have the required tools and the printout from here....  more than willing to help you do your own... between our incompetence we should be able to do it in a day !!!

Just need to choose a dry day as you saw the state of my garage ... no chance of a car getting in there !!!!  Unless you have a garage at your place and I came to you ??

As above, the greeen items are required, the Orange items are optional and I am yet to need to replace these.
