hi all is there any links/ information how to change a timing belt thanks :)

Haynes manual? The twin cam 4 pot engines are very straight forward to do a cam belt on. You'll need a cam lock tool ... for their cost (I think this is yours) are only cheap and make life easier  :y

done mine took me 2 hours with lock tool got from motor factors bout 6 quid.

One tip for you if you do follow Haynes: when they refer to keeping the tension on the Left side of the belt while fitting, they mean nearside, not left as you look into the bay from the front bumper. 
Obvious once you're 'into it', but confusing before you start.
