C'mon guys ..

I think imilet1, a new member with just 7 posts has actually done something sensible .. he's searched for his problem, found a previous question on it, and is asking if it is fixed... actually a reasonable idea.. :)

The fact he's not noticed it is an "old" post is no reason to "slag off" a newcomer .. a little help rather than criticism might not go amisss ????

Not all newcomers are "experts" on the site, forums or computers.


(and BTW .. I'll put money on it that English is NOT imilet1's first language)

I'm Innocent!!!! '(  I havent slagged anyone off!) I wasn't refering to imilet1 when I answered, I was just surprised to see a nearly 4 year old post.  :-?

I hope that he sorted a problem up to now, but I have the same troubles with pinging or ticking noise between 1500-2000rpm. Car has new injector nozzles and injector pump with new seals. Any idea?

Fault code is 82-Sensor Injector Start Incorrect RPM-Signal
82 - off cycle of injection, the difference in shaft speed signal P51 and P66 needle injection, stored in consequence - the missing injectors, low fuel, damaged fuel shut-off valve Y5, The setting mechanism of damaged and defective pump injection quantity sensor.

new injector num 4 required costs between £90-£120 on trade card plus a 5 week plus wait

I change injector and remove fuel temperature sensor which is in the pump...I also clean all contact on potentiometer-pump...it runs perfect now...jeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaa
