Rear door card removal

Hi

Trying to remove the o/s/r door card have found 8 screws so far:

2 on either side and along bottom and behind ashtray and door handle surround but where are the others  :D :D

Hopefully someone will point me in the right direction!

Where the "finger grip" is on the doorpull prise out the circular cap, another screw there
