self leveling system

how can i tell if self leveling system is working correctly

or get a couple of people to sit in the load floor and with the engine running see if it pumps the rear back up

Normally you can hear the little air pump going for a few seconds immediately after you start her up with a load in the back.  It's down at the front of the o/s wing somewhere.

Check fuse 27 hasn't blown or even fitted. It's not uncommon for people to replce OE self levelling damper with standard dampers due to cost. Check that you do have self levelling dampers fitted, there's a small air line (4mm?) attached half way up the top half of them if fitted.  :y
