big problems please help

ok hears goes was driving along fine switched off car for about 5 mins .then when i tryed to start it back it would not start. left it 5 mins and off she went and was fine for days. then the same again but this time she just wont start . getting codes 48 57 73 94 got a new crank sensor and still on joy. checked to see if i was getting a spark all ok but not getting fuel to the engine  so checked fuel pump fuse and relay all ok . got a new fuel pump and still no joy. there must be something i am missing

right, for starters you have

48   Battery Voltage Low
57   Idle Air Control Voltage Low
73   Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage Low
94   Hall Sensor Voltage High

as they are all voltage related.....have you checked the battery / alternator function?

yes charged the batt back up and still on joy cant understand why the fuel pump is not working?

V6 fuel pump does not run until engine rotation is detected by the crank sensor.
You had a 73 stored (crank sensor)....are you sure the new sensor is a good one?

sensor was brand new the plugs spark

Ive heard of no maf attached causing a non start prob.

can you swap with another?  or disconnect and try, then reconnect and try?

so i will  try unpluging the maf but if the maf was broken would the stop the fuel pump working ?

Is the crank sensor a genuine Vauxhall one?

as above make sure crank sens is a gen vaux one ,had same problem with a 4 pot a few years back the local gararge mechanic had car for two weeks  he put on new fuel pump /relay three crank sensors still wouldnt start,was advised by this group to put gen vaux hall  sensor in use eng number for parts desk not chass num as i found out (three types for 4 pot) fitted it myself started first time .hope that helps

it wasnt a gen one i fitted be it still sparks the sparks plugs and would the code 73 point to the crank sensor?

Try disconnecting the maf sensor mate,had same problem with mine,replaced alot of stuff and no joy,pulled plug of maf and hasnt looked back since.The reason you could be getting low voltage faults is grinding over car and voltage dropping below 11 :y
