3.0 Elite Fuel Economy

Off on a 200 plus mile trip tommorrow not sure if to use the mrs vectra sri or my Miggy elite, what should i expect to the gallon on a 200 plus mile mainly motorway trip?

Stretch the Miggy's legs, to give the breathers a blast etc.... it won't be much worse than the Vectra, if you're cruising sensibly on the motorway  :y

Mines a 2.5 on a motorway at 60mph I get 35 mpg

I have returned an average of over 32mpg on a trip to south of france and back, including 10 days of local running down there.  3.0l auto

mines a 3.0 auto and 32 you cant sniff at really, my 3.2 monterey auto im lucky to get 20, mrs is early 40s so may as well take the omega and have nice leather seats. :-)
