Am doing a few tidy up jobs on my car and the n/s/r door moulding is damaged from being caught on a wall (not by me!!) can someone tell me how to remove it? is it stuck on or clipped etc and does anyone have a mint spare for a '97 CD? Thanks :)

Only bits of advice i will add are to make sure the panel is clean and secondly dont do it on a cold day. The adhesive strip will not stick to the cold metal very well. Would suggest using a hair dryer or paint gun to warm the panel, be extra careful if using paint gun as this will be extremely hot and wil burn the paint.

If it is a rear door watch your positioning or it will catch the rear edge of the front door when opening.
