full beam reflector
« on: 19 May 2010, 20:53:16 »

Hi I have one of my headlight apart at the moment to replace my broken adjusters with some nice new ally ones . The reflector bowl for the full beam has started to show signs of the paint lifting or cracking . Should I just leave it alone or is there any chrome paint that will be as effective at reflecting the light ? Also was there a how to on painting the rest of the silver bits black ?

leave it alone! I've had my headlight apart for the same thing & decided to gently polish a mark near the indicator. The reflective backing soon polishes off  :-?  :-?  :(  :y
