Power steering problem....

Hello again all,i have an ickle problem and i would like some help please,95% of the time when i start my car the power steering seems heavy like the pas is not active,after a couple of mins its fine... i have checked all the obvious like tyre pressures,steering arms and fluid etc...
anyone ever come across this before? :-/

Sounds like the pump is getting tired. Try a few changes of fluid .... Dex II not III  ;)

sorry to hijack attention but when I asked stealers they gave me dex IV for my R reg.  is that wrong? :-/
