Had the same problem when i first got my car. Some before me had been playing and got the plug to the intake ram switch and the air temp switch the wrong way round.

if its a pre face life car the air temp sensor should be a white/grey colour connector and the ram valve connector is black

If they are the wrong way round just swap back and the light should go out

Cheers
Andy

What year is it?

On early units its possible to get the multiram plug and air temp sensor plug mixed up.....the multiram plug should be the one on the longest bit of wire.
