I think you should start a new post with specific details of your issue as it sounds completely different to hbv.

Think I might change the hbv & see if that sorts problem first if not I'll be back ( as Arnie would say).

Changed hbv was leaking. Took about an hour and no cuts, result. Thanks again guys.
