I dont think it matters. As long as the back and front are dropped the same (40mm) it will be ok.

how will that work then? :)

If the car is lower all round, then whats the effect?

If you put three Bat Fastards with luggage in the rear would the headlights point to the moon?

If the car was lowered squarely across the axles then the hit of the lights should remain the same, surely??
That was my point earlier...
Having said that, my lights are correctly set up, presumably, because I haven't got any MID warnings, but they seem low to me, they don't reach very far in front of the car

Same as me.  Hacks me off when an audi or toyayota behind me outshine my own lights

the "constant" ( unless your fitting tractor tyres as well ) is the wishbones. always the same distance from the road.

the variable is the body height.

with just the driver and no load, ideally you want the headlights to hit the road 25 feet in front ( mot tester come in here)

lowering the body , the adjusters asume load/weight and dip the headlights further.

put the bat fasterds in and even further downward adjustment of the beam.

unless im totally wrong? :-?

But you've got front and rear sensors, it's the relative position of the body of the car between the two that determines the angle of the headlights, if you're lowering both sensors, the level of the headlights should be about the same, possibly a little higher...

unless I'm totally wrong  ;D

Possibly, maybe someone who's already lowered their car should try to confirm or deny this. Sorry if I've sounded like I know what I'm on about, I don't  ;D
I'm just saying what I believe the height sensors are designed to do

I've had my estate lowered since Dec last year and to put it simply no-one has flashed me at night.  Knowing that there are several million drivers out there just itching to flash you for leaving your beam on I think there are no adverse effects...
