I think it would yes, purley because it'll still be adjusting them for CDX height which'll be 35-40mm out  :-/

Yes of course it will.

Not sure how you would readjust on the wishbones but I think you can still compensate on manual adjusters on the back of the headlights.

My Elite I think the beam adjust could be higher, and when I have passengers it goes even lower.

So if the auto adjustment chan be changed then I would do that 1st/

But in all fairness, I dont know if it can be altered, it it can I would know which way to adjust it.

If it can be done, then prespray all koints a few  times days in advance with plusgas

Will it though? It'll be as if you had a very heavy load on the car, and adjust the headlights accordingly won't it?

before you change the springs, make marks on an appropriate wall of the headlight cut off points. change the springs and see what you got. try manual adustment as someone has mentioned. failing that "manipulation " of the wishbone levers. :)

I dont think it matters. As long as the back and front are dropped the same (40mm) it will be ok.

If the car is lower all round, then whats the effect?

If you put three Bat Fastards with luggage in the rear would the headlights point to the moon?

If the car was lowered squarely across the axles then the hit of the lights should remain the same, surely??

In theory yes.

In practice, mine with 3 people in gets worse,

Maybe it's not set right to start with, so what do I adjust, the wishbone link or the headlights.

That was my point earlier...
Having said that, my lights are correctly set up, presumably, because I haven't got any MID warnings, but they seem low to me, they don't reach very far in front of the car

As far as i know the light adjusters on the wishbones let each other know what position they are in. So if some heavy chicks get in the back the the head lights lower .I would have thought that by dropping the car by 40 mm all round it would not matter. What if the car has a full load with a roof box ? It drops? same thing. ;D
