Vented rear discs?

Which model had vented rear discs? I have a face lift elite on a Wreg 2000 and this has solid rears

none of them did, vented discs are just for show  :)

But ive defo seen a 2.6 CD with vented rears thats what made me ask this question

At least it's not just me that's wrong sometimes.  ;)Some/all very late cars has vented at the back. Mick Dundee's are vented  :y

2.6 & 3.2 are late cars, but I can't be more specific  :-/ :y

did'nt know they went vented  :-[ - But is there any point? Can't see much need for them on a luxo barge  :-/

if the factory didn't fit them then there is no need for them.. just for your mind :). i saw that the 5series have on estate version but on saloon they dodn't (2001 model)

i have 2,2dti 2002 and i don't have vented discs on back :)

So can i assume my lowly 2.2 will have solids then .
I can go and whip the wheel of and check but its pouring down outside .

What's up with those already fitted? My car's still on it's originals (certainly haven't been replaced in the last 70 000 miles) .............. 163 000 miles later. The rears don't do that much braking, I can't really see yours being worn enoughto have to replace them yet.  :-/ :-/ :-/

i have upgraded my rear discs to vented discs, and also the front to drilled and groved :).
vented and drilled + grooved are just to disperce heat more so you dont warp your disc :)
