Gasket info needed.
« on: 09 June 2010, 18:24:55 »

Have been searching the net also contacted a few company's without any help. Looking for an exhaust flange gasket for my 2.2cd. Unsure if it is flange or conical. Anyone replaced theres lately and can point me in the right direction also bore size if possible. Cheers in advance.

Which joint do you need the gasket for? Is it the one between the Manifold & Downpipe? :-?

No the end of the Cat connecting to the Mid section exhaust both have oval flanges but no one is unsure that gasket is used. Have tried instant but keeps blowing.

If its a 2.2 petrol there isn't a gasket listed as the down pipe has a tappered cone on the end that fits into the tappered end og the down pipe.

If its a 2.2 Diesel then it does have a gasket but its only a thin flat round one
