Hi all, which would be the best supplier of new rear springs for my Elite, are they available on trade club?
TIA

If I get down the scrappy I'll have a look for you there if you'd like. There was a miggy down there I believe but will have to check if it still has the rear springs and if they're ok. Otherwise I'd have a look on eBay  :y Not sure if they're on TC though, I think they are but can't remember off the top of my head  :-/

Whatever replacements you use, do them as pairs,  Some replaced a single spring on my GLS, goes round bends better one way than it soes the other.  :-/

kyb, fit in pairs, dont bother with old ones (ping ping)

part number is difficult to find on kyb web site, but the spring pictured in the guide has the part number printed on, thats the one you want for Elite self leveling.

Self levelling springs are different from normal ones apparently. I got a pair of ZF ones from Autovaux for £103 all in last year.

Just had a look at Marks post on replacing rear springs and noticed the serial number on the spring is RJ6226. The new springs I have got have RJ227 on them I know Elite springs are different because of the self levelling the motor factors assured me that the ones I got are correct, is there any significance in the fact that the numbers are different :-/

Thanks for that Mark they are KYB you've put my mind at rest :y so I will fit them tommorow :)
N.B just a word of caution a couple of factors I contacted were totally oblivious that there was any difference between standard and Elite springs according to the data bases they used :-?
