Everything connected up again? IAC loose in plenum?

Any stored codes? Paperclip test?

Any Ideas

Be methodical, check everything. Don't assume anything.

Recheck the cam timing first.

Check for air leaks.

Check that each and every electrical plug is connected (and connected to the correct item, I think there are couple of items on the back of the radiator that take the same style plug so could get swapped over). (possibly MAF & something else)

Do a compression test.

Have you connected the coil pack up on the 2-4-6 bank?

coil pack connected. Just removed again. Is there any way of testing it before purchasing a new one.

I forgot to connect mine when I changed the plugs a couple of weeks back. The engine started immediately but was very obviously running on 3 cylinders. I stopped it as soon as the penny dropped (about 1 Oh-no-second  ;))

It didn't seem to be struggling to idle but it was shaking a bit on 3 cylinders.

Did some basic checks with a multimeter on coil pack. got same readings on a new coil pack (checked before fitting so can be returned if necc.) Still no joy when old pack reconected and connection checked! >:(
