slam panel replacement
« on: 24 June 2010, 13:13:09 »

my omega was involved in a accident, the insurance company will write her off for sure,

and i bet they wont pay out a decent price for me to replace her with, so i might buy her back,

only damage is front end bonnet, wings , bumper bar etc which are all bolt on bits, so i can get them from a breakers cheap...

buit the slam panel has gone strait up, so can i cut one out of another car at the scrappy then get someone to weld it in??

also the bonnet catch is concerning me! getting that back in and working

pic of the damage

my omega was involved in a accident,

you mean you drove into something?

you should be able to get a slam pannel from a breakers, drill out the welds etc dont cut it off

how did you managed to do that and not break either headlight?

Sad news about the collision M but it sounds that you're pleased with the offer - so, better news. :y :y
