Hi i have way to much toe in and i need to find out what the figures are i have a friend that has the gear to adjust. Just wondering if anyone has these to hand or whats the best figure to ajust too. I have taken this for tracking twice now and they still cannot get it right and failed to notice that the rear wishbone bush was shot!!!!!!!!!!! So i have lost my faith in them.

If your friend has the full four wheel alignment hunter system your in luck! If not then my advice is to get this done just having the tracking done will do little to sort out any handling, tyre ware problems on your omega.

Try WIM or one of its affiliates.

if you get a bit of wood and put from rear wheel to front flat on rim should see how far its out and put it right never failed me, there should be a bit of toe out as camber in the road but not a lot.

ignore that if you value your tyres 

-1 degree 10 iirc is a good value for camber

Well worth the drive from Swindon to Chesham. A set of tyres will cost a lot more than the fuel and setup fee.

OK, here are the exact figures, courtesy of a lovely bloke from Wheels in motion.
rear: one degree fourty mins plus or minus 10 mins
Total toe 20 mins positive plus or minus 10 mins

Front: camber minus one degree 10 mins

BUT>>>> do complete job without weights and balance wheels afterwards.

Did the journey from Leeds to WIM in Chesham a few weeks ago.Miggies now a super drive both towing and solo.Would do it again. For me locals are out

Agreed. Also spray adjusters with plenty of Plus Gas much better than WD40 - Front & Back.
