Will the ABS ECU from a 99 T Reg 3Litre manual Elite work in my 2000 3 Litre manual Elite.

Possibly - you need to check part nšs - helpfully located on label underneath ecu!!

It should be ok.......check part numbers to confirm

And dont pay over the odds for abs ecus (e.g. some of the ebay prices or day light robbery) as a refurb is only around 120 quid with 2 year warranty
