Clicking...solenoid?

30mph, press sport mode, on click, off click, on click off click and so on. Need windows down and radio and ac off to hear it, coming from outside the car. Thought it was cats heating up and ticking so paid no attention until today when I noticed it's timed exactly with the gear changes, not sure which gears but guessing 2nd to 3rd solenoid? But is this likely? I've heard the same click on a fubared auto Volvo c70 box. Which is worrying.  :-/

wind windows back up, turn the radio up & pretend you've never heard owt!  ::)  ::)  ::) :y

Right. What you need to do is to get some copper grease... Fill your ears up with it... Problem solved. :y
