V6 can it be removed out the top with the autobox still attached or is that a hugely bad idea ??

its the only way!!! go for it, its far easier to remove the 2 together mate!!! :y

m8 if taking out from top put a sponge between bonnet and windscreen.i didnt do it cracked my screen

only got to hope I don't put the gearbox through the screen now  :o

any way will work on Omega B.

I've started doing it the "downstairs" way, but then I do have a telehandler to assist  :o
