how many gears ??

I cant to figure out how many gears my car runs on ??

I know this sounds crazy, but I tried counting them while driving, but thats just messed up  :-/

Because I feel my car is running on only 4 gears  :-[

That's about as many as a four speed auto box has mate.

I drive it to like 230 km/h
and it does that in just 4 gears ??!!!

An Engineer would say it has 8 gears, but the transmission physically has 4 distinct different ratio's.

but anyway, how do you guys put the blue " box thingy " when replying to be specific to something ??
