Engine swap help N/W
« on: 18 August 2010, 12:06:50 »

Hi,

As mentioned my cousin John R has suffered a big engine failiure due to oil issues. He has found a decent replacement 2.6 lump and needs to do a swap. Problem is neither he nor myself have tackled an engine change before  :-[ or posses a hoist to do it.

Would anyone be willing to take the job on or take the lead with willing and able help, it's in Liverpool with plenty of space i.e. not on a driveway.

Would be grateful for any offers of help or quotes by PM from suitably experienced OOfers to get this minter back on the road.....

Cheers, Jon
