Water leak
« on: 24 August 2010, 18:59:33 »

Hi I have an omega 2.2 CDX auto Y plate 2001. there appears to be a water leak coming from th rear o/s near the firewall, there are 2/3 pipes going into what feels like a plastic connector near where the pipes go into the heating system. is this just a connector or is it some kind of valve and how difficult would the fix be. thanks Rob

The problem sounds like your Heater Bypass Valve. Have a look here  :y

Heater Bypass Valve (HBV):  VX Part No.  90566947
Available from e-bay but ensure it is a genuine part & not a pattern copy. :y
