Poxy window won't shut.

It goes up so far then drops a few inches, helping it by hand brings it up higher but it drops down again. Ideas?

IIRC window motors have an object detection type set up. If the windo meets resistance, it asumes a hand is in the way and drives itself back down.

Omega usual problem is dry/dirty rails. squirt some oil or WD40 down the rubber runners and it should help. If the windo has started to raise at an angle, the door card needs to come off so you can access the mechanism and line everything up again.

Only cencellation is they are much better than Ford Galaxy ones.

The window is tightin its runners, so the anti-trap is opperating. Lub the runners. Taylors chalk has recently been sugested but most use silicon spray.  :y :y
