1. Remove the radio unit.
2. Then remove the radio cage, and unplug the multi-plug on the left of the cage, then the radio Ariel on the right of it.
3. Under the dash on the drivers side (on the left of the steering column) you should see a small box, just a bit bigger than x20 cig pack, with two white multi-plugs (black type), or silver type (think it has x2 multi-plugs & possibly small Ariel screw in plug?).
Now carefully cut any tie-wrap cables, and pull out of the way of its holder.
Unplug all the multi-plugs from this unit.
4. Back up to the stereo multi-plugs. Now you need to pull out & towards you the plug marked 'B', though you may have to jiggle the other end a bit to get it to come out from the dash, as there are other cables in there to.
5. The original multi-plug 'A' can now be plugged back in to the radio cage, along with the radio Ariel. Now place the cage back in, then the radio.
6. Along the edge of the drivers side dash (at the bottom), there will be a couple of tie-wraps that need to be cut.
7. The panel on the end of the drivers side of the dash (you can't see it when the doors closed), carefully remove that.
Then the TM switch needs to be gently prised out away from it, and you'll then see the cable, as you pull it away, and with the panel removed, you can then have access to the plug if it snags on any other wires, and it should come out without too much problem ?.
Hope all that helps you out ??.
