Did you torque up the calipers when you did the brakes ?

Also don't overlook the wishbone bushes.  Check them for wear. Failing  that you only have the ARB bushes left..

Unless it's the shock absorbers or the engine mounts. Have I forgotten anything.  ;D

Beleive it or not had this before took me ages to track it down,

.the creaking noise was coming from the door hinge pins!!!
new ones solved it

I'd have said check ARB bushes but to be honest i've never had a set go on any of my cars so no idea the symptoms.

As it's intermittent try finding a couple of fast curves that you can test the braking on, it might only be happening when one side is under load.
