Rear Disc/Pad kit

Does anyone know the GM part number for the disc/pad kit to fit a 3.2 ex police estate - 2002 model?

There isnt a kit like exists for the front, you have to buy the bits separetely  :y

are the components
If you need the shoes, Id use halfords, and id use halfords again for the fixing kit (or ebay) of new pins and antirattle spring.

Google suggests possibly a catera rear disk, so not a uk part.
