I have been told of TIS 2000 -  workshop manual and more on a cd/dvd. Does it have Tech 2 with it and is it available?
I assume this would go on a laptop and connect via a com port to the diagnostics connection.

You can buy it with a Tech 2.. of course it'll cost you a couple of thousand pounds for a legitimate copy and subscription to the Vauxhall service, IIRC..

Anything cheaper is likely to be a hookey copy, and discussing it here will see the post magically vanish as that's not allowed ;)

TIS2000 is indeed the workshop manual but the Tech II costs a lot - £3000 I think. The software is fine but if buying off ebay make sure it will work with your operating system - some versions that are sold don't like Vista
