Swap the bulbs with the known good ones. Just because they look OK doesn`t mean they are

Yes, I had one out, removed dash tested bulb on spare battery and t was working so stupidly put it back in and it did not work. Thinking of problems with printed circuit board took it out again and a friend send test the bulb again, this time t did not work.

I think the moral is whilst it out replace them all.  :y

I just bought an omega. It was dusk as i drove home. Switched my lights on, and none of the dash illuminated!

Wasnt till the sun went down further that i saw a very faint back lighting. Then i found the illumination brightness control wheel!!  ::)

sorted the bulbs out on the dash, robbed them from the reading lights on the headlining. only trouble is they must have been a slightly higher wattage as they are a bit brighter. oh well new bulbs and all sorted thanks for all replys that helped. much appreciated.
