Rather than start a new thread where is the ATF top up located so i can check also :y

Under car drivers side, on side of g/box sump - 13mm level/top up plug.  Howto on here. ;)

Presume I could syphon out the oil and replace without having to strip off the sump. Would that work?

Get it warm, get it high enough and level, switch off and remove the plug. When it stops flowing there is only a pint or so in the sump :y

The whole system holds around 9 litres but the torque converter will hold onto about half of that. The most I've ever put back into an auto is just under 6 litres :y
