Stalling 2.5v6
« on: 29 October 2010, 12:20:16 »

Hi again gang and i is after some of youre most sage advice!
i changed the sparkplugs on my 2.5 miggy yesterday and after putting everything back together it keeps stalling, sometimes it will idle for ages and sometimes the idle will pulse between 500 - 1000 rpm then stall.
Does it need a new air seal on the idlevalve of have i cocked up something else?
please help

Sounds like a small air leak somewhere. Check the IACV is pushed home properly. I tend to add a cable tie around the cable tray bracket to hold the IACV in tight.
