Your alingment was done badly im sorry to say.

Camber should be -1.10 which one wheel is, the other was -2.08

lefts and right figures should be close to each other, some of yours are a fair way apart.

I guess the operator has got all the figures 'green' ie within tolerances, but without much care / knowledge to the end result.

I'd be interested to see what Tony Bones (WIM) makes of this.  Mind you, he might not pick up on this thread due to its title.  It would have been better labelled "Wheel alignment" to attract his attention.
Anyway, to me the rear toe is still out of spec despite adjustment and although the front camber is in spec its at the opposite extremes of the spec. I would have tried to get both sides nearer to the median value.

My guess would be front wishbone bushes having loads of play in them.  The set-up on the machine may look reasonably OK, but dynamically, under loads, things could be moving around all over the place.

my suspension is 99% fine.. i would like to know what was wrong on the wheel alignment. if someone knows please circle the data and write the correct ones on the pic.

For a start the rear setup is all over the place. I appreciate that it can be hard to shift the rear adjusters and that camber and toe are not individually adjustable but they should have tried to square up the rear end at least.

At the front, as said, they have adjusted the front toe only. Even that, they've left right on the limits of the "green". If they're making an adjustment they should at least have a stab at getting it into the middle of the allowable range!

Front left camber is excessive, as said, and that's probably what's causing the inner wear on that corner. Front right looks about right.

OSR toe at +24' is not good and could miss-align the steering position?

NSF camber at -2 06' is nearly twice where i would set it, plus the camber force on bump will require your steering input to control.

My car tram lines badly, has new lower arms and drop links and not long ago steering idler fitted, had geometry done, any ideas whats wrong!

What tyres?what pressures? What geometry settings dialled in?  What wishbones fitted?

Track rods and wheel barings ok? No play?

Are rear donut bushes ok? Feels like a wondering/steering from the back with no sensation of it through the steering?

sorry.. i didn't know . from what i got from tis those values on target data are precise with 70kg on each front seats and full fuel tank but apparently the mecanic was bad. should i tell them to set the camber to -1 20 on front wheels??
