Decided to fix my head light washers. Turns out the three way connecter thing was blocked. Put pump back in, filled up with water n it poured out. The rubber seal that the pump pushes into is missing.
Does anyone know if this can be bought or will I have to try and get a diy hardware store fix

You sure you didn't push it into the bottle when you replaced the pump?

Or did it drop off and is sat on the lip of the front spoiler somewhere.

If I was a gambling man, I would put money on the liklihood you pushed the seal in the bottle....

Go to you nearest scrappy and remove one from another Vauxhall...

I pushed mine in and had to pinch the replacemtn from an old Astra sitting in my garage....  I found that the seals (they have sevaral fine holes on the seal) block on a regular basis...

The best way I have found to clean them is to push (and hold) them in my garden hose and turn the tap on...

You need to modify the amount of screen wash you use. After the initial clearing of my filter when I first got the car - the wash barely reached the screen - I've never since had a problem

As Andy B suggests, normally a sign of too weak screenwash mixture, which allows a horrible white (bacterial?) sludge to breed.  If you have headlight washers, this really screws the pump (and extenders on prefacelifts) as that has no filter.

I've had it blocked before now with a blue sludge from the screen wash, too strong I think. And I pushed the filter into the bottle the first time I refitted the pump, now have 2 spare from scrappy!
