air con fan speed

some time back, i had a radiator leak so i took my car to get it fixed,
but after a few days i noticed that the air fan speed isnt like it used to be, i mean even at fan speed at LO, it doesnt throw the air at the pressure it used to,

any idea what the problem could be ?
maybe a swirch or plug has been forgotten to be in place or something ??
