2.2 cd oil leak

hi guys i have just purchased my first omega. i have found a rather bad oil leak from the gear box from what i can see any advice??? im not a mechanic but pretty hands on. also the breather is leaking from the rocker cover will just changing the breather solve this or is there more to it than just changing that small bit of pipe HELP!!!!!
