crank oil leak

the migs been leaking oil for a bit and today after replacing the oil cooler decided to investigate,turn out it the crank oil seal,front,if i were to undertake what looks like a mamoth job do i need to re time everything or can i just take the belt off refit seal etc etc or is the pain in the ass job? :y

Cambelt has to come off so need locking & timing kit.
Check your oil pressure sensor is OK and the engine breathers are clear before condeming the front crank seal.
