Battery terminals
« on: 20 December 2010, 12:58:39 »

Hi, ive been having problems with my 2001 2.2 cd not starting after leaving it overnight. I have recently had a replacement alternator which made no difference, and the battery is only 2 years old. I have noticed that the battery terminals get very hot when it is running. Aybody got any ideas? Many thanks.

have a read through KW's guide, a hot terminal could be a loose crimped connection on the battery lead.  :)
