Omega 3.0 Elite
« on: 23 December 2010, 16:12:07 »

Hi Chaps,

New to the forum and am after a bit of help.

My father in law has just bought an x reg 3.0 v6 Elite.  It mentions that it had the cambelt done by a firm called Peppers Omega specialists but to be honest the invoice looks a bit dodgy... I was wondering if anyone has heard of these chaps as I am concerned if it has indeed had the timing belt done.
Have searched for them online but came up with nothing...
Any help much appreciated
Thanks,

Jo

Sounds a bit odd, is there a location for them on the invoice?

Hi Jo,

I may be wrong, but Pepper is the surname of one of the well known mobile mechanics on this website. If this is the case, I'm sure he'll get in touch to confirm either way.

If it is who I think it is, then you can be certain the work will have been done honestly and correctly.

Kind regards,
James

Thanks for the replies... and puns were quite good I thought too!

When I say invoice it probably would have been more appropriate to say bit of paper printed from a computer and can't recall it having a VAT number/address etc but dont have it to hand at the minute.

Hopefully it will be the guy that was mentioned and the work has actually been done and it's not just a phantom invoice!

Cheers, Jo
