Heated seat

My leather heated drivers seat does not work,is there any tests to be done on it to check it? ::)

Its a common one and its more than likely the heated element thats kaput, the driverside goes first because the seat gets more wear :(

check the passenger and rear seats, if they work, its the element thats gone. If all of the are fubared, then check fuses  :) Not exactly easy to replace element, in fact its a pig. Has to be cut out and new one stitched in, its easier just to get a new seat with a working one!

Thanks for the info.Thats why i cannot find any on Ebay,i will keep looking for a grey leather drivers seat.

must be common fault on grey leather seats - mine almost set my back on fire the other week - haven't chanced switching it on since

Also noted that when they start to burn parts of the anatomy they die soon afterwards.   ;D ;D
