Not sure where trailer parks came from but we do have them.
Called Mobile Homes parks or more recently go posh  and call them Park Homes, just big Caravans really.

Before I get shouted at as a lot of older people drive Omega's and a lot of older people live in Park Homes, I lived in one for a few years when I was younger. Friendly and fairly cheap living, bit like Caravaning really.
