Thats the old pre face lift part number which is NLS and has been superseeded to 9194851

facelift part Number is 9194851 @ £117.98 + VAT trade. This is for "Y" chassis onwards

if its a pre or mini facelift car, upto X1999999 then you wil also need to repalce the pipe work to the matrix

Are you sure it's the matrix? Could it be the seals where the pipes enter?

Lee,
It's not a leak, it's poor water flow after radweld.
I can flush it and it gets slightly better for a little while but i think the matrix needs replacing ideally, i tried forcing caustic soda through it too but the heat transfer is rubbish, pipes in and out are lovely and hot, no air locks, heat gets slightly better with high revs.
Water level fine, no leaks anywhere.
What do you think?
