Boot fitting adjustment

Has anyone fitted a new boot.
I fit one to mine from a donor car I bought but I can`t ever get it to sit perfect like the original did.

There are some small black rubber adjusters that screw in and out for making it sit better.
Also make sure that the boot lifters have been reconnected in the same place as the old one.
The boot lock can also have an effect on how it sits if it is not centred correctly.
