On the one hand, I could imagine that being possible, bushes are there to allow movement obviously, but also to absorb shock and vibration. Stiffer they are, the harsher it gets, but also more accurate I hope, that's the trade off we're dealing with.

But on the other hand, those that have polly seem happy, and Mr Dtm says they are fairly compliant....


Re my own car, I may fit polly, out of interest mostly. If too stiff then fit my pre pressed with m3 bushes wishbones ... LPG first though.

So on balance, it sounds as though there are no serious issues, plus, hopefully, longer life. I was interested also to read Tony's response to your thread on WIM, suggesting that fitment of polys should not affect the rear bushes. :y

The best price I've seen so far for Powerflex is: ARB £18.42
Wishbone fronts £25.02.

Has anyone seen better?
