O2 sensor location

Can anyone point me in the right direction for locating the O2 sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2)  [smiley=embarassed.gif]
Been getting low voltage/range/performance faults.  :'(
 
Its on a petrol 2.2 auto.

hello,there are 2 on the 2.2.1 is on the downpipe near the exhaust manifold,the other is in the middle of the exhaust system near the cat..i changed the one by the cat,part number 9202576(for auto 2.2 petrol)and this cured the eml light coming back on...
