Juddering when moving off
« on: 24 March 2011, 13:26:32 »

My Omega Facelift Auto Diesel (BMW engine) has started to judder quite violently when starting off.  It is fine in Reverse or if I select the Winter setting to go forward (when I presume it does not use 1st gear)
It starts to judder after about 5 yards when accelerating but it is fine if I just let it move forward on tick-over, until I give it a few revs.
Any ideas appreciated please.
