TECH11 is the proper Vauxhall unit that will read all the systems on board not just engine codes ;)

And we don't discuss readers from the bay for legal reasons :y

Went to start the miggy this afternoon and she wouldnt start had a look about for any loose connections and didnt find anything loose until I found a circular connection down beside the battery which was just sitting on top of a plug. Put it back to gether and started no bother. The bonus part of this is that she came out of limp mode and the P0743 code cleared. Brilliant

Yep, gearbox wiring does go through one of those big connectors by the battery so that could well have been the problem all along. :y
