the filter is part of the grommet that you pushed the washer pump into.  :y
Follow the guide & I'm sure you'll get there.

Stick a pin in the nozzle and adjust it so that the water hits the middle of the screen (it will hit the top when you are moving).

have a read of the guide.  ;) It's not normally the screen washer jets that black, it's the suction filter that blocks with gunge from the tank caused by lack of decent/any screen wash.  :y

Many thanks to Andy B for the advice, the filter was completely blocked but really simple to deal with and from now on a good quality screen wash as prescribed :y

I didn't read the original post as the jets being blocked, just simply needing adjustment.
However as the aim had dropped due to low pressure caused by a blocked filter, my solution would have been masking the original fault rather than curing it properly (which amounts to bodging, and I HATE bodging).

I shall now remember this for eternity the next time my washer jets are appearing feeble  :y

The hard bit is if you ever push the grommet/filter inside the bottle!  :-?  :-?

As soon as it stops raining I'm gonna get out and check the other two cars although showing no problems, prevention is better  than the cure :y
